Meditation Guardian Angels : in this period my Angel Isabella, is teaching me to relax; it’s hard, because I’ve always felt sure when having things under control; after having had a wonderful dream, during which She led me, only led by my faith in her, with my eyes shut along the ridge of a mountain, I found myself flying without fear, and opening my eyes and seeing charming landscapes below me; I’ve had another important experience during a meditation with “ The group of Angels” at Sara’s.
I don’t remember when, but with great nimbleness I saw myself look at the world from a great height, I only saw the mountain peaks, and I saw the ones far away very clearly just like those near. I felt my body didn’t have any boundaries anymore. It seemed to be like gas that goes on spreading in a big space; I felt being all in one with the universe, me being necessary too, I felt like a drop of water in the ocean, but at the same time I felt being the ocean. I felt blissfulness and immensity. Once this beautiful experience was over, I just had to tell myself to change a part of me. Before I used to cancel every single person I didn’t like. Probably because this person was ignorant or disagreeable or haughty, now I always try to think of people as drops of water of the same ocean, beings, people, no matter what their problems are. I‘ve still got a long way to go , but I know that this is the right path, with my Isabella.
