From Life on Earth to Life in Heaven : today I tell you about my experiences of life on earth and life in Heaven, you know, a late diagnosis and my second Dad’s cancer had already spread; we made him come to Rome, Italy and would have undergone an operation, so we were waiting for his admission to hospital and for his operation; two days before he felt ill; he was admitted urgently, an ictus, then a hear attack, and we got a phone call from the hospital telling us he had died.
We went immediately, then they brought him from the ward to the morgue, they set up a room, his body lying down, and near him us with some chairs.
A normal reaction of that time, and then I tried to calm down and see if I could perceive something.
I heard him reassure my Mum, and then he noticed I could hear him, I felt him coming to me, and then the most wonderful and biggest present he could have given me, not words, he didn’t say a word, he transmitted into my heart what he felt in his, and I felt full of such serenity, that I couldn’t have ever imagined; great, great peace, I felt in my heart this enormous, really enormous emotion he was sending me; at a certain point I looked up and I said “if this is what you’re feeling, I’m happy you do feel so”.
