Suicide and suffering after death : hello Sara, I am a little down lately, I just learnt that a friend of mine whom I had not heard from in a long time has passed away, in reality she took her life jumping off her balcony, she had lost her parents, she was left alone, she was not married and had had disappointments in her love life, she was depressed, I was shocked at the news and I am praying for her Soul; I would like to know if it’s possible to contact her to find out how she is, if she has overcome everything, as I hope?, the thought of her suffering and her extreme gesture is making me suffer and does not let me sleep, since I was told the news I can’t think of anything else, I can’t even sleep.
Please, help me…

What a sweet surprise to be called here because of mail from earth, the sweetest surprise to find out that it was from you. Some time has passed, it’s been a while since I have been up there, I abandoned earth in a bad way, my constant depression had the better of me and my sense of life. My mistake brought me to a moment, in the detachment from earth, where I understood that there is nothing more precious than life on earth. Erasing your life is a mistake, not experimenting how we can grow inside the heart… I threw away a great opportunity, the possibility for my growth, but now that everything is clearer to me I come to you. I would like to explain to you that even with life’s many problems that we face, life is a great opportunity to resolve those very same problems through the heart. If someone next to you is going through a difficult time, by loving them in your heart you will experience the Love that is inside your heart and it will become growth, and when you will be the one experiencing problems, with the same Love you will understand that life is the opportunity to solve them by turning to the same Love that is inside you. Let’s try not to get rid of problems, but to face them and put all of our hearts into it. I understood all this, by facing life at all times, there is going to be growth through the heart.
I now see another existence on earth, hearts that are busy with Love and growth.
On earth the usual problems are boredom, insecurity, defeat, but if you could see inside those hearts, so much immensity, so much Love is inside every heart, you would be surprised to the point that you would ask yourself why a Love so great is not utilized more often? We ask the same question here in the Sky and I lost the opportunity to rediscover my Love on earth. Often I cursed my life, my solitude, the help that I could not find and even the Love that I could not find, I was seeking outside myself, in others, not inside me; had I tried it I can assure you that I would have never left my life. The heart in the act of Love does not need anything else, Love is what fills you up, rediscovering your Love makes you feel complete and even what you receive from others is extra, but this sense of being complete that you can feel inside is only the fruit of the Love that is inside you. What gives you completeness is not the presence of your parents, or a companion, or friends, or many smiles. It’s the Love that is inside you and is also available to other people and available to yourself, this is what gives you that feeling of being whole. Take a kiss as an example, if it’s given to you feel a pleasant sensation, but when you give it with all your Love you will feel all the stars shine inside you, those stars are the Love of your heart.
Those of you who are still experimenting your life, remember my words and seek your worth in the wonderful Love that is inside you, love, and you will feel all these stars and love, love, and you will feel complete, love everybody, truly everybody, and you will conquer an extraordinary growth forever. My arrival in that moment will be so glorious because I will know that your great happiness will be for my words that you heard that day and you faced life trying to always love with your heart.
